A large luxurious contemporary duplex development designed and constructed over three levels. The site slopes down from street level by approximately ten metres.

Pirrello Design Associates were involved with the preparation of construction development documentation, re-designing the internal bedrooms, dining rooms, bathrooms, ensuites and laundries including the design of all internal joinery items.

The development follows the topography of the site and takes into account energy efficient and sustainable design principles.

The project received an award from the Master Builder's Association.
