We are the owners of a property in Concord West and have recently decided that the house was looking old and dated. Following assessment of our options we came to the conclusion that a major makeover was required.

Our first step was to engage a Building/Interior Designer and after careful consideration Pirrello Design Associates was selected. We had an initial meeting with Angelo Pirrello to discuss our ideas and what we wanted to achieve.

Being a circa 1920’s Federation Home, we wanted to maintain this style whilst creating an open plan living area which was both comfortable and workable. Angelo’s concept of our ideas as well as his professional input was quickly transformed to initial sketches and then a completed plan which was exactly what we were looking for.

Our next adventure was to proceed with all other requirements such as Council and other Regulatory Bodies. Angelo’s vast knowledge and experience in this area was invaluable. He produced the DA, engaged a Heritage Consultant, Structural Engineer, Private Certifier and completed the Construction Certificate.

As the project progresses, Angelo continues to advise and guide us in all aspects of the development and he is always available to answer our questions and offer advice. Angelo is making what we initially thought would be a very daunting experience a more relaxed and enjoyable process.
