A large first floor addition and renovations to an existing semi-detached dwelling including major internal and external refurbishments. 

The internal ground floor living, meals and kitchen areas were opened up to capture views of Sydney Harbour. Large glazed sliding doors open out onto the rear courtyard to capture much needed natural light internally.  State of the art kitchen with quality fittings and finishes were incorporated in the design. The first floor comprises of a master bedroom, walk-in-robe and ensuite including a parent’s retreat opening out onto a balcony capturing the Harbour views beyond.  

This beautifully transformed home offers large areas for entertaining for both family and friends. Our wonderful clients have recently referred us to their neighbours which we are currently preparing designs for their semi-detached home.
