Major alterations and additions to an existing two level home including major internal and external refurbishments with a large double carport and covered pedestrian entrance at street level. 

The main entrance door was relocated to the first floor via a new connecting bridge. A double carport and covered entrance at street level were also incorporated in the design to improve security for the owners. The internal first floor living, meals and kitchen areas were opened up to capture views of Sydney Harbour. Large glazed sliding doors open out onto the balcony for outdoor alfresco dining. State of the art kitchen with quality fittings and finishes were incorporated in the design. The ground floor comprises of a gymnasium, an open-style library, children's bedroom, large walk-in-robe, ensuite, bathroom and a large master bedroom opening out onto a balcony capturing the Harbour views beyond.
