Luxurious, large and quality built two-storey contemporary dual occupancy development. Incorporating open style living and an outdoor alfresco dining on the ground floor, with bedrooms, bathrooms and terraces on the first floor. The design of the development follows the topography of the site.
The proposed duplex has been designed with deep eave overhangs to keep the heat away from the habitable areas during the summer months. Sustainable design principles were addressed by providing sustainable glazing to the nominated windows and sliding doors and by providing 3,000 litre rainwater tanks to each unit. The development also takes into account energy efficient principles. This development received a high star rating in the BASIX assessment.
