The site for this contemporary outdoor cafe kiosk is situated in a courtyard within a narrow lane way known as Albion Place in the city of Sydney. The cafe kiosk will be amongst restaurants and a shopping village. The client approached the building owner with a vision for a cafe with outdoor alfresco dining within the courtyard. The building owner was excited about the idea as the courtyard was not being utilised to its potential.
 
The footprint permitted for the cafe kiosk is not all that generous, but Pirrello Design Associates has managed to design a space which will encapsulate all the essentials for serving coffees, homemade desserts and gourmet food. The space will incorporate cooking and washing facilities with a servery counter and display cabinet, drink and food refrigerators, wall mounted display cabinets, a stainless-steel kitchenette, new lighting and contemporary wall tiling.

The cafe kiosk was recently approved by the City of Sydney Council.
