Two level terrace with attic and basement located in a conservation area.  The rear addition was demolished and replaced with a contemporary two level addition. Major renovations were undertaken to the terrace, a carport was constructed fronting the lane way including a new landscaped courtyard.

The terrace offers the occupants larger bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen flowing onto a sun-drenched courtyard for entertaining. Glazed bi-folding doors were incorporated to maximise daylight and natural ventilation internally.
