An existing post-war timber framed fibre cement clad home with green roof tile has been extended on the ground floor in timber framed construction. A large first floor addition was also incorporated in the design constructed in timber framed construction plus a tandem garage attached to the side of the existing dwelling. Major internal and external renovations to the existing timber framed home also formed part of the works.
