A contemporary style family home with sustainable design principles were incorporated in the design of the home. The existing building was totally renovated to improve the planning layout which incorporates the sleeping quarters, bathroom, ensuite, laundry and a grand entrance to the home.

   

The proposed free standing building to the rear was designed to incorporate a large entertainment area, a large living and eating quarters, a quality kitchen including a covered outdoor alfresco dining area. The proposed dining, kitchen and outdoor alfresco dining area enjoy a great view to the swimming pool and established landscaped gardens at the rear of the property.
